Charcuterie Week

Today kicks off the first official weeklong celebration of charcuterie in Chicago. Far from what you first imagined about those strange little meat and cheese boards, charcuterie has become quite the delicious and popular trend on the food scene. Though you may not have ever heard of (nor may you be able to pronounce) the different selections, you’re sure to enjoy the various plates you’re given as each Chicago location puts their best salumi forward during this special week.
