Exercises To Do When You’re REALLY Full

 September was National Breakfast Month, and anyone who loves food like we do knows that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Along with brunch, lunch, snack time and dinner…yep, it’s one of the most important for sure. We love a good big breakfast, but sometimes it’s hard to do anything after you eat because you feel so full, right?  As this month finally comes to a close, we searched around Chicago and accumulated our list of exercises for you to do when you can hardly move.
