Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari is right around the corner! Negroni Week launched in 2013 as a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails and an effort to raise money for charitable causes around the world. From 2013 to 2015, Negroni Week grew from more than 100 participating venues to more than 3,500 participating venues around the world and more than $320,000 raised for charities.
This year, our rooftop bar, Drumbar, will be participating in Negroni Week, from June 6-1,2 and all proceeds will be donated to the Un86’d, a foundation that aids based on the lost income during work leave. Drumbar’s head bartender, Whitney Morrow has created three menu items for this event:

Sling and Arrows A punch that serves 4 Served in a barrel, Angels Envy Bourbon, Campari, Port, lemon, strawberry syrup
Negroni Ice Cream Cone Beefeater, Camapri, Cardamom, candied citrus peel
