Your Summer Workout Mastered

Every summer, Millennium Park offers free workouts June 4th to September 3rd on the Great Lawn courtesy of Mcdonald’s. The free workout sessions will be held from 7 am to 11 am on Saturdays, are 45 minutes long and include classes such as Tai Chi, yoga, pilates and Zumba. Additionally, on Wednesdays, yoga is offered 7:30 to 8:15 am. Below is the full schedule of classes available!
